reuben pizza sauce
(1 RATING)
I was looking for a pizza sauce for making a reuben pizza. All of the ones on line had thousand island dressing for the sauce but I don't like this. I had one once that was a white sauce and it was devine. I searched and found this one and changed it up a bit to make it lower fat, and it turned out super! Don't forget to squeeze your sauerkrat between paper towels to get it as dry as you can. I used a mixture of swiss mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top and also sometimes use canadian bacon instead of corned beef. We also put thousand island dressing ontop of it.
