1 cfrozen cut leaf spinach
-
2 can(s)15 oz. beef ravioli
-
1 can(s)14.5 oz. diced tomatoes, drained well

1 1/2 tspdried italian seasoning
-
1 clow-fat cottage cheese
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
-
1 cshredded italian blend cheese

How to Make Ravioli Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place spinach in microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; squeeze spinach dry.
- Combine ravioli, tomatoes and Italian seasoning in microwave-safe bowl. Cover in plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is hot. Combine cottage cheese, spinach and black pepper in bowl.
- Place half of ravioli mixture in bottom of baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
