1 largeroasted red peppers
1/2 cpitted green olives or calamata olives
1/2 catrichoke hearts
1/2 cfire roasted tomatoes
1/2 cparmesan cheese
1/2 cmozarella cheese
1 largeboboli whole wheat pizza crust
How to Make Quick and Easy Veggie Pizza
- Coat the pizza crust with olive oil; cut roasted red pepper into thin strips and spread over pizza; cut olives into halfs and cover pizza;
- Cut artichoke hearts and spread over pizza; do the with the fire roasted tomatoes
- Top with mozarella and parmesan cheese; bake in 450 degree overn for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
- For easier prep time; I pick up a small container of all the ingredients; the red pepper, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts at the salad bar at my local grocery store or at the olive bar by the deli and instead of using olive oil I use the oil from that's collected when I picked up the ingredients from the olive bar. You can use any veggies you want.
