This makes a lot!! I sometimes do these to take to pot lucks but there are times I will make this to freeze for later.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced pepperoni
  • 2 - bell peppers
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mudshrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella, grated
  • 2 quarts whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 30 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 - tomatoes, cut in wedges

How To Make quiche italiano

  • Step 1
    Chop and mix all ingredients except eggs and tomatoes. Fill 5 quiche pans. Pour eggs over. Garnish with tomato wedges. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
