Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced pepperoni
- 2 - bell peppers
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cups mudshrooms, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated
- 2 quarts whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 30 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 - tomatoes, cut in wedges
How To Make quiche italiano

Step 1Chop and mix all ingredients except eggs and tomatoes. Fill 5 quiche pans. Pour eggs over. Garnish with tomato wedges. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
