...recently found this recipe that i used to make all the time...so happy to have it back

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make pop over pizza

Step 1Brown beef, onions and bell pepper; drain.

Step 2Stir in sauce. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with mozzarella.

Step 3Beat eggs, milk and oil til foamy. Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.

Step 4Pour batter over meat filling; spread to cover completely. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Step 5Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Step 6Cut into squares. Serve while hot.

Step 7Ideas i've had, but not tried - ~ using 1/2 sausage with the beef ~ adding pepperoni ~ adding 1 tsp italian seasoning to the sauce
