How To Make pizza pasta supreme

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside. Remember that pasta will continue to cook with the casserole when it is baked, so leave noodles al dente (firm to the bite). Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground sausage to skillet and sprinkle with a 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; cook until crumbly and no longer pink, about 8 – 10 minutes. Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, remaining salt and pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic salt to the skillet; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add marinara sauce and pepperoni to skillet and bring to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage sauce mixture with pasta. Pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
