Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup water, warm
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
How To Make pizza dough

Step 1Combine all the ingredients together and knead into a dough.

Step 2Roll out the dough on a well floured surface. Roll out to your desired size. I usually measure it to fit my specific round pizza pan (but slightly larger so I can roll the edges for the crust.

Step 3For even better crust I usually add seasonings on top of the dough before baking it and lightly pat them in (even on the crust edges). You could also add cheese the crust and then roll the edges to fold it in and make a stuffed crust.
