I have seen several versions of this online, but put my own spin on it and have gotten rave reviews!

How To Make
Roll out pizza crust on a greased cookie sheet
spread pizza sauce on crust, leaving about 1 inch around the edge
Layer pepperoni on sauce, I sometimes will also use hamburger and/or italian sausage on top the pepperoni.
The nice thing is you can add whatever topping you like, its very versatile.
Spread mozzarella cheese over the meat
Begin rolling, roll up (like a cinnamon roll) and seal the edges. I usually tuck the ends under to keep the sauce from oozing out.
I spinkle garlic salt on the crust before I bake it.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, then let rest for about 5 min. Slice in 1 inch slices and have pizza sauce for dipping.
