Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • - salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce

How To Make oven baked chicken parmigiano

  • Step 1
    cut the chicken breasts in half, (ending up with 8 pieces) pound them each gently till even
  • Step 2
    season all with salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder.
  • Step 3
    drench in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs, in a large casserole dish put half the olive oil at the bottom,align the pieces and drizzle the tops with the rest of the olive oil, bake at 350 for 30 mins, pour marinara sauce( look under my recipes) or use your own. Top with mozzarella/parmesan cheese and bake another 10 mins till bubbly...serve over your favorite pasta
