one pan garlic chicken & pasta
This is an easy recipe, easy to make and only one pot clean up! My Husband and Son love it.

Ingredients
- 1 package tagliatelle ( extra wide noodles)
- 3 -15 Oz can diced tomatoes
- - approx 20 basil leaves cut up
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 can artichokes (in water)
- 4 0r 5 - boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ( or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make one pan garlic chicken & pasta

Step 1Heat a deep frying pan add 2 table spoons of olive oil,season chicken with salt, & pepper on both sides and cook till just about done. (approx 10 to 12 mins) ( no pink inside.)place on a plate and wrap tin foil over it to keep warm. in same pan add tomatoes, garlic, Basil, parsley,drain and rinse artichokes cut up in small pieces. add to tomato mixture. Simmer with lid one for 20 mins. salt and pepper to taste, add red pepper flakes,

Step 2In a Large pot fill with water and bring to a boil, add Salt & pasta, Cook until al dente, save 1 cup of the cooking water from Pasta. drain and add pasta to tomato mixture, stir in and taste to see if you need more salt.

Step 3Take your cooked chicken breast and cut up into bite size pieces and add to tomato mixture. place chicken on top of pasta add a ladle of pasta water. put lid on and cook 20 mins. adding more of the pasta water as needed.. put mozzarella cheese on top covering all, place lid back on cook just till mozzarella cheese is nicely melted on chicken.
