Olive Garden's Zuppa Tascana for TWO

This is my son's favorite soup of all time! He'll eat this on a burning hot day......go figure. :)
Ingredients

* DO NOT WASH POT WHILE MAKING THIS SOUP, THE FLAVOR IS IN THE CRUSTY STUFF (SMILE)

1 lbground italian sausage, hot or mild

1 cchicken stock
-
1 cpotatoes, new red (cubed)
-
1 ckale (washed and chopped )
-
1 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 pinchred pepper flakes (optional)
How to Make Olive Garden's Zuppa Tascana for TWO
- Brown Italian sausage, set aside ( pour off excess oil) *
- Add stock, potatoes, kale and sausage to pot (Flakes optional)
- bring to boil (no lid) for 8 min.
- while stiring SLOWLY add heavy cream
- simmer on LOW for 15 min. or till poptatoe and kale are tender
salt and peper to your taste
