i was given this when i was young Nora was one of the great italian cooks! She always had 6 course dinners ready at 6pm. all classic homemade, Soup, bread, salad, meat, pasta, vegi( green beans, and cakes.

Ingredients
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsly
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 can chicken stock
- - salt and pepper to taste (i put in at the end of cooking
- 1 - carrot
- 1 - onion
- IN A FOOD PROCESSER MIX THE GARLIC, PARSLEY, BASIL, CARROT AND ONION UNTIL SMOOTH.
How To Make nuna noras gravy (tomato sauce)

Step 1brown the meat with a dash of olive oil.

Step 2add tomatoes, puree, bay leaves, chicken stock and the vegi mixture into a crock pot or dutch oven.

Step 3cook in crock pot for6-8 hours dutch oven 2 hours on stove top low to medium.
