My super easy pizza dough.

Karina Alcala

We love pizza in our family but living in rural Missouri the closest pizza joint is 45 minutes away. So I got this recipe from a magazine article. I make pizza once a week and you can also make Calzones with this recipe. I make it by hand or you can do this with a food processor or mixer as well.

  2. In another large mixing bowl or the same one just cleaned. Add i tbs of olive oil an with hand or pastry brush cover entire bowl. Toss dough ball in greased bowl until completely covered with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or damp kitchen towel and let sit for 45 to 1 hour.
