1Cook Italian Sausage until well cooked. Drain off grease. Add chopped onion, celery and bell pepper along with Italian seasoning and cook until veg are crisp-tender.
2Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste with 2/3 cups of water. Mix well and let simmer covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes until hot. Serve with Garlic bread and a salad if you like. Enjoy!!!
