Again, an easy recipe for alfredo when you're short on time. You can add chicken or other meat.

Ingredients For mushroom fettucine

  • 1 can
    10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 c
    hot cooked fettucine noodles
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margerine

How To Make mushroom fettucine

  • 1
    Stir soup into a large saucepan until smooth.
  • 2
    Blend in milk and cheese. Heat and stir occasionally.
  • 3
    Just before serving, toss noodles with butter. Combine with soup mixture. Serve with additional cheese.
