mom's pizza bread
One of the entire family's favorite "finger foods" mom served on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve/Day and on Super Bowl Sunday. It keeps well in the fridge but, doesn't last very long!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2-2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2-2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1-2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 can chopped black olives (small)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (5.5 oz.)
- 1 can oil (vegetable or olive - use empty paste can)
- 1 - loaf of sweet french bread
How To Make mom's pizza bread

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, mix well: all cheese, oregano, olives, tomato sauce, tomato paste and oil.

Step 2Cut loaf of french bread in half, lengthwise. Spread mixture on bread, in a somewhat thin layer or it won't completely melt and place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 3Slice and serve.
