We bought the dough from Costco used Louisiana Gem Chipolte sauce and it was great! This was are Super Bowl Snack!

Ingredients

  • - bought the dough from costco
  • 1 - bottle louisiana gem chipolte sauce use any piquant sauce
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 package green onions
  • 2 pounds ground sirloin beef
  • 1 - 5 oz block of tillamook cheese
  • 1 - 5 oz block of monterey jack
  • 1 large onion to cook with hamburger meat
  • - add garlic powder and chili powder to meat

How To Make mexican pizza

  • Step 1
    We bought our dough from costco and placed it on a cookie sheet. We bought the dough for 2.00. They give it to you in a bag and it's frozen.
  • Step 2
    I put a chuck roast on sale in our meat grinder and cooked the meat with an onion and garlic powder, and chili powder.
  • Step 3
    Chop the green onion and cilantro.
  • Step 4
    This is what the piquant sauce looks like!
  • Step 5
    Took pizza out of oven and added sauce. Use any piquant sauce we used a chipolte sauce. Louisian Gem Chipolte Sauce. You can also use bottled Taco Bell Sauce.
  • Step 6
    Put hamburger mixture on the pizza.
  • Step 7
    Placed onions and cilantro on the pizza and cheese!
  • Step 8
    Added the tomatos and black olives. Placed in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Step 9
    Pizza is done! This was our Super Bowl Snack.
