This is easy and flavorfull. Goes great with balsamic vinegarette drizzled on it!

  • 10 oz
    pizza crust (thin)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    spinach, fresh bunch
  • 1 small
    red onion
  • 2 can(s)
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    black or greek kalamata olives sliced
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 oz
    feta cheese
  • 1 large
    tomato, sliced
  • pinch
  • 1 tsp
    greek seasoning

How to Make Mediterranean Pizza


  1. Saute the spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic and leek in 1/2 the olive oil.
  2. Brush the remaining half of oil on the pizza crust and sprinkle greek seasoning on top with spinach mixture and black olives.
  3. Crumble feta over spinach, then top with slices of fresh tomato and black pepper.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
