Meatballs Stuffed with Garlic Olives

You know how some dishes are so good you just can't stop until every drop is gone, well this is one of those. Deliciously seasoned and so hearty, it satisfies with every bite!

  • 2 lb
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    shallots minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 2/3 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Meatballs Stuffed with Garlic Olives


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with a cooking non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine hamburger, ketchup, panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, minced shallats, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and aged Balsamic vinegar. Mix well with clean hands or a large spoon.
  3. Stir together eggs and milk until smooth, add to meat mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Shape mixture into large balls ( the size of your palm) Press a Garlic Stuff Olive ( Mezzetta, Napa Valley Bistro - Garlic Stuffed Olives, get them at Kroger)into the center of the meatball, close with meat and form into a ball. Place on sheet pan 1 inch apart. Set in center of oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the sheet pan, place meatballs in sauce of your choice. Dress meatballs with sauce, serve with pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. ENJOY!!
