I made this using leftover meatballs from my "Melt in your mouth Italian Meatball" recipe.

Ingredients

  • - leftover meatballs & sauce
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese slices (one or two per sandwich
  • - focaccia bread, cut into sandwich size squares,

How To Make meatball panni's

  • Step 1
    Cut fociccia bread in half to make two slices of bread. Place cheese, then meatballs ( I usually cut my meatballs in half to fit better), then another slice of cheese.
  • Step 2
    Brown sides & melt cheese using panni press. If using skillet or griddle, flip over & brown both sides, use another skillet on top to help press down sandwich.
