This was a yummy dish that my mother made growing up. My father did not like Ricotta cheese in his lasagna, so my mother came up with this one. It's always requested at potlucks.

Ingredients For mary jean's lasagna

1 lbground beef
-
1 bottlespaghetti sauce
-
1/2finely chopped onion
-
2 clovegarlic, minced

1/8 tspsalt
-
1 dashof pepper
-
1 cancheddar cheese soup
-
1 boxlasagna noodles
-
3 1/2 cshredded mozzarela cheese

parmesan cheese
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning
How To Make mary jean's lasagna

1Preheat oven to 375. Add hamburger meat to pan along with garlic, salt and pepper. Brown and drain. Set aside.

2Boil lasagna noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside.

3For sauce: Combine spaghetti sauce and cheddar cheese soup in a saucepan; add 1/2 t. of Italian Seasoning. Add hamburger to sauce and set aside.

4In a 13 by 9 inch baking pan, place a small amount of the sauce in the bottom of a lightly sprayed pan. Line noodles on top of sauce. Add more sauce and top with mozzarela cheese. Continue doing these layers making certain to end with sauce and cheese. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Cook for 25 min. or until top is bubbly and golden brown. Let sit for 15 minutes.
