Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced or wedges
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- 2 tablespoons basil, fresh
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 3 - scallions, sliced thin
How To Make marinated tomatoes

Step 1Arrange sliced or wedged tomatoes in a shallow container.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl & whisk. Pour over tomatoes. Cover & marinate several hours or overnight for flavors to marry. Enjoy!
