Ingredients For manicotti

  • 1 lb
  • 1/2 lb
    breakfast sausage
  • 16 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 1 clove
  • 1 cup
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 8 oz
    monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 8 oz
    chedder cheese, grated
  • 16
    manicotti shells
  • 1 jar
    prego spagetti sauce ( i use the garlic parmesan)

How To Make manicotti

    boil water and add shells cook for 8 minutes remove from heat and rinse with cold water. set aside
  • 2
    brown hamburger, sausage, and garlic. in two separate bowls 1 large and 1 small half cheeses and mix set small bowl with half of cheese aside for topping
  • 3
    in the large bowl with the other half of cheese mix in mayo and cottage cheese. Then add meat mixture and mix thoroughly.

    stuff your meat and cheese mixture into shells. set in 13x9 baking pan. top with spaghetti sauce then top with additional cheese. cover with aluminum foil. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. remove foil and bake and additional 10 minutes to melt cheese.
