I use to own deli, and this one one of the favorites! So easy, tons of flavor. I made this one with a whole grain pizza crust. Secret to good flavorful pizza, is the pans which I have had for years. I treat and wash just like a cast iron skillet. Its the flavor of the pan that gives the pizza such wonderful flavor. In addition to fresh toppings! ;)
