leanne's pesto pizza
(1 RATING)
I started making this pizza a few weeks ago when I had a lot of tomatoes in the garden ripe at the same time. I also make lot's of pesto. I've been making it at least once every 2 weeks,it's so easy, quick and delicious! You can add any toppings you want, this is just what I had on a particular day and loved it so much. If you don't have a garden, check out your local produce market for great, ripe tomatoes. My family and I LOVE garlic,so I add garlic to the pizza crust,it can be omitted. We also LOVE thin crust,so I use a large baking sheet.
