1Brown ground beef and sausage together in a skillet. Drain. Add tomato sauce and oregano. If you like your lasagna more moist, you can add extra tomato sauce at this point. Simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
2Mix eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl.
In oblong casserole dish, layer sauce, lasagna noodles, and all of the cottage cheese mixture.
Then, put in another layer of lasagna noodles and the rest of the sauce on top.
3You can either use a small or medium size bag of mozzarella cheese for topping. (I use a medium size bag because the cheese makes this dish really taste good.)
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until noodles are cooked.
