- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- pinch garlic salt
- pinch flour
- 2 cups tomato sauce, italian
- 1 - eggplant
How To Make k's eggplant parmesan

Step 1Sprinkle a little salt on the eggplant

Step 2In 1 bowl beat egg, add 1 cup milk

Step 3In 2nd bowl put Italian brd crumbs. add a little flour, parm. cheese, garlic salt.

Step 4Mix egg and milk together with a little garlic salt as well

Step 5Dip eggplant slice in egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs

Step 6Fry to golden brown

Step 7When your done frying lay the eggplant on paper towel and drain

Step 8layer in pan; sauce first then eggplant, sauce a little mozzarella,and so on bake at 375 25-40 min
