I was served this dressing by my neighbor who told me "if I liked Olive Garden's dressing I would love this". She was right and now this is all I will make now for my husband and I with a great steak or shrimp dinner. It's great and tastes so good. I did make some changes to suit my taste, especially the garlic. YUMMY!

    virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    gorgonzola cheese or bleu cheese

How to Make Knock-Off Olive Garden Salad Dressing


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse for 30 seconds.
  2. Some people like to add more salt, it's up to you.
