How to Make Karen Rogers Simple Spaghetti Sauce
- In food processor chop onions,celery,carrots, and garlic together. In a big pot saute items you just chopped for a minute or two.
- Add ground sirloin and pork the pot and brown the meat. As you brown the meat add all the herbs to the meat. Add cup of red wine to the meat and simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Continue to stir in butter just before serving.
