Italian Sausage w/ Potatoes & Peppers
We usually serve this with some type of bread, and fruit or a simple dessert.
- 1 lb
- italian sausage, mild or hot
- bell peppers, green, red, or both
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Italian Sausage w/ Potatoes & Peppers
- 1Arrange sausages, either whole or sliced, in baking dish with lid. Cut potatoes in halves or fourths; slice peppers and onions. Arrange vegetables around sausages. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour water over all.
- 2Cover and cook at 350 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are done. Remove lid and let sausages brown.
