Ingredients
- 1 - stalk celery chopped
- 1 - large carrot chopped
- 1 - container low sodium chicken broth
- 1 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1 - can drained collards
- 2 - cannellini beans
- 1 - onion
- 1 large garlic clove or minced garlic
How To Make italian sausage, cannellini beans, & collard soup

Step 1Finely dice celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook in olive oil. In separate pan cook bulk Italian sausage til done and in small pieces, drain &/or rinse. Add chicken broth. Drain and rinse Cannellini beans, add to soup mixture. Add 1 can of drained collards and warm all thru. Season to taste. Herbs, salt, pepper. Salute or seasons of choice.
