My family loves my meatballs. I sometime use this same recipe to make a meatloaf.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 medium italian sausage, remove casings
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated romano or parmeson cheese
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
How To Make italian meatballs

Step 1Shape into balls about golf ball size (keep hands moistened with water)

Step 2Brown in about 1/2 cup olive oil. Drain and add to simmering spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least an hour or so.

Step 3Tastes even better if made a day ahead & refrigerated over-nite then reheated. My family all love this recipe.
