My mom used to make these meatballs whenever we had spaghetti, and they are still my favorite meatballs! I use either ground turkey or ground chicken breast whenever I make these instead of the traditional ground beef, and they taste just as good! I also use this recipe to make an Italian flavored hamburger with a slice of Provolone cheese melted over the top. YUM!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make italian meatballs

Step 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into balls of desired size.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides. Drop into spaghetti sauce & cook for 20 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or as meatball sandwiches.
