Ingredients
- 24 slices italian bread
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 - tomatoes sliced thinly
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese (fresh)
- 1 jar pesto
How To Make italian crostini

Step 1place bread on baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. bake at 350 until slightly brown. remove and cool

Step 2in a mixing bowl add cream cheese and garlic powder and mix thoroughly

Step 3after bread has cooled begin assembly of the crostini. 1st layer: spread the cream cheese onto the bread 2nd layer: spread the pesto 3rd layer: place tomato 4th layer: place mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
