I just made these last night with pregos herb and garlic spaghetti sauce.. i ate 5 lol :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese, small curd
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 24 - jumbo pasta shells, cooked

How To Make italian 3-cheese stuffed shells

  • Step 1
    Cook beef, onion and garlic in a lg. skillet over med. high heat, stirring until beef crumbles are no longer pink: drain. add spaghetti sauce and simmer over over med. heat about 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir together cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese and egg in a med. bowl. mix well. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture: arrange in a greased 13x9 in. baking pan. Pour beef mixture over shells. Cover and cook at 350 for 40-45 min.
  • Step 3
    Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
