How to Make Italian 3-cheese stuffed shells
- Cook beef, onion and garlic in a lg. skillet over med. high heat, stirring until beef crumbles are no longer pink: drain. add spaghetti sauce and simmer over over med. heat about 30 minutes.
- Stir together cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese and egg in a med. bowl. mix well. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture: arrange in a greased 13x9 in. baking pan. Pour beef mixture over shells. Cover and cook at 350 for 40-45 min.
- Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
