Ingredients
- 1 pound hot sausage, bulk style
- 3 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 (29 oz.) can diced tomatoes w/juice
- 3-4 - carrots, sliced
- 2 - onions, sliced
- 1/4 - cabbage head, chopped, optional
- 1 package cheese tortellini, optional
How To Make hot sausage soup

Step 1Brown sausage, break up into crumbles. Drain.

Step 2Combine all ingredients together in kettle and cook 45-60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Can also be cooked in crockpot on 'low' for 4-6 hrs.
