Ingredients
- 1 pound ground
- 1 quart home canned tomatos
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1 - 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 - bayleaf
- - mostacioli noodles
- - mozzarella cheese
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make homemade mostacioli

Step 1Drain and puree tomatos, then add all the ingredients in a large pot, (do not brown the ground beef first). Then sprinkle some italian seasoning over the pot.

Step 2Bring to a low boil, turn down heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for an hour and it's ready

Step 3Boil Mostacioli noodles according to package, pour sauce over noodles, you can sprinkle some mozzrella and parmesean cheese over it if you like
