Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli or cauliflower small florets
- 1 package pillsbury classic pizza crust refrigerated dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 - 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat, shredded

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2Place broccoli in a large microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tbsp. water, cover & microwave for 4 minutes, or until tender. Drain any excess liquid & blot dry.

Step 3Thinly & evenly stretch or roll out dough on the baking sheet into a large rectangle, at least 14" x 10".

Step 4In a small bowl, add pizza sauce & garlic; mix well. Spread dough with pizza sauce. Evenly top with broccoli & sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5Bake until crust is golden brown & cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Slice & enjoy!
