Ingredients
- SAUSAGE AND SPINACH MEATBALLS
- 2 pounds italian sausage (recipe part 1)
- 1 large yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 package frozen spinach, defrosted, drained and squeezed dry
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound ricotta cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
How To Make gourmet spaghetti - part 2 - sausage and spinach meatballs

Step 1Mix together all ingredients, except wine and oil. Form into large meatballs and brown in oil on both sides. Add wine, cover the pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
