Ingredients

  • SAUSAGE AND SPINACH MEATBALLS

  • 2 lb
    italian sausage (recipe part 1)
  • 1 large
    yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach, defrosted, drained and squeezed dry
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    dry white wine

How to Make Gourmet Spaghetti - Part 2 - Sausage and Spinach Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except wine and oil. Form into large meatballs and brown in oil on both sides. Add wine, cover the pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
