I got this recipe from a neighbor years ago that belonged to a gourmet club. It is so delicious and special enough that I have even made it for Christmas dinner more than once! There are 3 parts to this recipe. I will post them seperately. If you like a lot of flavor, you will love it!! Look for all recipes. Ingredients
- ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 2 pounds course ground lean pork
- 1 tablespoon course ground fennel
- 2 - bay leaves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon hot dried red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons water
How To Make gourmet spaghetti - part 1 - italian sausage

Step 1Mix together all ingredients and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hr. Then mix again. Use this sausage to make the meatballs.
