I got this recipe from a neighbor years ago that belonged to a gourmet club. It is so delicious and special enough that I have even made it for Christmas dinner more than once! There are 3 parts to this recipe. I will post them seperately. If you like a lot of flavor, you will love it!! Look for all recipes. Ingredients

  • ITALIAN SAUSAGE
  • 2 pounds course ground lean pork
  • 1 tablespoon course ground fennel
  • 2 - bay leaves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons water

How To Make gourmet spaghetti - part 1 - italian sausage

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hr. Then mix again. Use this sausage to make the meatballs.
