I am the only one in my family diagosed with celiac sprue. It is so hard for me to find foods I enjoy other than just meat and vegetables. This recipe is so easy and good.

Ingredients
- 1 package yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free bisquick
- - pizza ingredients of your choice
How To Make gluten free pizza crust

Step 1Mix all ingredients and spread onto greased 20 to 12 inch pizza pan. Bake about 5 minutes at 425. Add your choice of pizza ingredients and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2Note: The smaller the pan the thicker the crust or the larger the pan the thinner the crust.
