first in a bowl, put your flour and italian seasoning (you can put as much as you like for flavor). then put water in and stir until its about the consistancy of pancake batter.
wash yur mushrooms and then dip into batter and make sure is coated well. put in hot grease until batter is a pretty golden brown.drain grease. put on plated and top with spaghetti sauce and shredded sheese
