friday night pasta and sauce with vegtables

I love to throw left overs together in one pot dishes. This is a nice way to add vegetables to your meal. Especially for picky eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes .28oz
  • 1 - small onion diced, green bell pepper
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
  • 3 - fresh garlic clove diced
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • - splash of wine, optional
  • - 1 chicken bouillon,
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4.25oz - shredded parmesan cheese
  • - 1 cup left over cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup frozen green beans
  • - 1 12oz box pasta
  • 1 tablespoon oil

How To Make friday night pasta and sauce with vegtables

  • Step 1
    saute, onion and green pepper, garlic, crushed red pepper in 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Step 2
    Add crushed tomatoes,bay leaf, worcestershire sauce, sugar, bouillon cube, broth, wine, leftover chicken,green beans.Cook sauce 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add cooked pasta in sauce. Top with cheese cover and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
