One of my family's favorite! I kind of played around with some of my favorite ingredients one night and it was a hit! Now my husband and kids ask for it all the time!

    hot italian sausage

    sweet italian sausage

    bell pepper

    red bell pepper

    yellow bell pepper

    mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 jar(s)
    prego traditional spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    bud light beer
  • 1 large
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles, extra wide

How to Make Fancy's Sausage & Peppers


  1. Pour beer into a large skillet or any lg. pan with a lid. Remove sausage from casings, on med-low heat steam in beer til cooked through, while chopping sausage into bite size pieces. Do not drain.
  2. Slice peppers and onions, add along with mushrooms and spaghetti sauce to sausage. Bring to slow boil, then turn down to simmer just until peppers and onions are al dente.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Serve with sausage and peppers. Delicious!
