Ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 3 cups bisquick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3/4 cup very warm water
- 8 ounces whole milk mozzarella (grated)
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
- 1 large can hunts "zesty" pasta sauce (use 1/2)
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon white cornmeal (to dust pan with)
How To Make family pizza night "big bill style"

Step 1Assemble all ingredients together to make for a smooth process preheat oven to 425*

Step 2in a large bowl dissolve yeast packet in hot water, stir in Bisquick & olive oil beat vigorously for 20 strokes, go ahead and grate your Mozzarella

Step 3Pour the dough out on a well floured surface knead dough until smooth and no longer sticky about 40 times, drop dough back in bowl cover with towel for 5 minutes

Step 4press dough out in a 15 X 10 X 1.5 pan greased with olive oil and lightly dusted with white cornmeal

Step 5top the crust: start with your cheese first, then your pepperoni, then ladle the sauce on top, followed by the italian seasoning and grated parmesan. place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes on lowest rack setting.
