Family Pizza Night "Big Bill Style"

This Pan style pizza crust is a Wentz Family favorite, it is so light and will love the texture

1 pkg
active dry yeast
3 c
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
3/4 c
very warm water
8 oz
whole milk mozzarella (grated)
1 pkg
sliced pepperoni
1 large
can hunts "zesty" pasta sauce (use 1/2)
2 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1/4 c
grated parmesan
1 Tbsp
white cornmeal (to dust pan with)


1Assemble all ingredients together to make for a smooth process preheat oven to 425*
2in a large bowl dissolve yeast packet in hot water, stir in Bisquick & olive oil beat vigorously for 20 strokes, go ahead and grate your Mozzarella
3Pour the dough out on a well floured surface knead dough until smooth and no longer sticky about 40 times, drop dough back in bowl cover with towel for 5 minutes
4press dough out in a 15 X 10 X 1.5 pan greased with olive oil and lightly dusted with white cornmeal
5top the crust: start with your cheese first, then your pepperoni, then ladle the sauce on top, followed by the italian seasoning and grated parmesan. place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes on lowest rack setting.
