easy meatball shells

I always make a lot of meatballs when I prepare the recipe. I have a grandchild who does not like Lasagna or meatball subs.She also does not like any kind of cheese stuffed pasta. I conjured up this recipe for the leftover meatballs. Once this is made, it can be frozen for another day.

- 10-12 small meatballs,stuffing shells, pasta sauce, mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese
How To Make easy meatball shells

Step 1cook # of stuffing shells to accommodate leftover meatballs, till aldente.Drain shells and cover with cool water. When cool to touch, stuff each shell with a meatball.If freezing is desired, do so at this point.

Step 2Put stuffed shells in baking dish and top each shell with piece of mozarella cheese. cover with pasta sauce and bake in 300 oven for 45 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve with Garlic Bread and Tossed Salad. Good make ahead dish for busy households.
