easy manicotti with cheese

This is one of my mom's recipes. I love her Manicotti. :)

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 ounces manicotti, uncooked
  • 2 cups (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups 8 oz shredded mozzerella
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make easy manicotti with cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat spaghetti sauce and water in saucepan to boiling; reduce heat and keep warm.
  • Step 2
    Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper; spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti.
  • Step 3
    Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan; arrange filled manicotti in a single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake at 400* for 40 minutes or till hot and bubbly. Remove foil; Bake 10 minutes longer. Enjoy!
