1Defrost chicken till it's still slightly frozen for easy slicing. Slice chicken into 12 strips (enough to fill manicotti shells.No need to cook manicotti shells.
Grease 13x9 pan
2Season chicken with garlic salt. Stuff chicken strips into shells and put into greased pan.Pour Prego over and cover. Refridge over night.
3Preheat oven to 350*
Bake covered for 1 hour or until shells are done.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and return to oven till chesse melts.
4Serve with parm cheese to sprinkle.
Goes great with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
