Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, chuck or turkey
  • 20 ounces ragu pasta
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 pound finely shredded colby & monterey jack cheese
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 medium diced onion (optional)
  • - parmesan cheese

How To Make e-z lasagna

  • Step 1
    Brown ground meat and onion. At the same time, follow directions on box for lasagna noodles.Drain ground meat, return to a large pot and add Ragu, simmer.
  • Step 2
    Once noodles are done, drain, then in a casserole dish start layering in this order. 1.noodles 2. sauce 3. ricotta cheese 4. shredded cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are gone.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top (if desired). Serve with salad and garlic bread.
