Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 package dry spaghetti sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 2 cups fat free cottage cheese
- - wheat noodles (uncooked)
- 1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese

Step 11. Brown hamburger meat and drain. 2. Add onion. 3. Stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce. 4. Simmer 20 minutes.

Step 25. In a bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. 6. Spread layer of meat sauce in casserole dish. 7. Layer with noodles, cheeses, meat.

Step 38. Cover and bake 350 for 50 minutes. Note: I only used 4 noodles and it was plenty.
